Cancellation Policy
Se7en Studio does not issue refunds if booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before session start time, as late cancellations result in us being unable to book a new client for that time slot. Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 100% refund. Se7en Studio also reserves the right to cancel bookings, in which case a 100% refund will be issued to the customer. Please contact us at info@rees-pro.com to request a refund. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to process.
